Christophe Pulizzi, our head chef, and his team will make you live a real culinary experience. Changes and discoveries will be on the program. Here are the words of our chef: "Make you love what you don't know!". At lunchtime, you will enjoy the chef's gourmet suggestions, but also our "Discovery" and "Experience" menus for lunch and dinner.

Our leader


Christophe Pulizzi, chef of the restaurant L'Olivier, Maitre Restaurateur. At just 25 years old, he took up his position on October 3, 2022.

He is betting on sophisticated cuisine like in a gourmet restaurant (mix of flavors, several dishes, food & wine pairings), but at affordable prices. The goal is to introduce new flavors to his customers and to surprise them, he centers his offer around a blind menu.

He wants to introduce his gastronomic universe through a unique culinary journey.

Experience half a day in the shoes of a chef!

On the program:

Arrival at 8:00 a.m. at the Sévan Parc Hôtel for a welcome coffee

Departure at 8:30 a.m. with the chef, heading to the producers' market to choose the products of the day

Return to the Olivier restaurant and set up the service

12:30 p.m. end of service for you, it's time to have lunch at the chef's table in the heart of the kitchen the gastronomic discovery menu.

Price: €110.00 per person (excluding drinks)

On Wednesday or Saturday, experience a morning in the kitchen and enjoy the discovery menu.

For the holidays, Chef Christophe Pulizzi offers you two foie gras creations, ideal for enhancing your end-of-year tables. Available for takeaway from November 15th in our restaurant.

Our specialties and prices:

Foie gras cooked in a cloth
* €120 per kilo

    * €60 for 500g

Foie gras with black truffle melanosporum cooked in a cloth
* €90 for 500g

Availability for purchase:

* Tuesday to Saturday, from 9 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
* If you have lunch or dinner at the restaurant, you can also pick it up at that time.
