Our leader


Chef Christophe Pulizzi, Maître Restaurateur of the L’Olivier restaurant in Pertuis, embodies culinary innovation with passion and audacity. At only 25 years old, he takes the reins of the restaurant’s kitchen on October 3, 2022, offering a unique gastronomic experience, combining finesse and accessibility. His philosophy: to offer cuisine worthy of the greatest tables, mixing creativity and subtlety, while maintaining affordable prices.

The chef makes it a point of honor to make his customers discover new and unexpected flavors, with an original approach: a blind menu, where each dish is revealed as a surprise. His goal is to guide his guests on a true culinary journey, drawing inspiration from the landscapes and traditions of the Durance region.

Through a series of refined dishes, Chef Pulizzi invites you to travel up the river, from Marseille to Mont Genèvre, exploring sauces and dishes that tell the story of the lands crossed. Before each dish, a signature sauce, a true prelude to the flavors to come, opens the way to a unique taste adventure.

IMMERSION IN THE KITCHENS OF L'OLIVIER


WEDNESDAY OR SATURDAY:

Experience a half-day in the shoes of a chef! Arrive at 8:00 a.m. at the Sévan Parc Hotel for a welcome coffee.

Departure at 8:30 a.m. with the chef, heading to the farmers' market to select the day's produce. Return to the Olivier restaurant and set up the service. Immerse yourself in the world of gastronomy with the Olivier team.

At 12:30 pm, service ends for you; it's time for lunch at the chef's table in the heart of the kitchen and discover the "discovery" menu.
