Passion and innovation at the heart of a unique culinary experience

Chef Christophe Pulizzi, Maître Restaurateur at L’Olivier restaurant in Pertuis, infuses innovation and passion into his cooking.
At just 25, he took over the reins of the restaurant on 3 October 2022, with a clear vision: to offer creative, accessible gastronomy.
His bold concept is based on a blind menu, where each dish is a discovery, inspired by the landscapes and traditions of the Durance. By guiding his guests on a culinary journey, he highlights subtle and unexpected flavours.
Each plate tells a story, preceded by a signature sauce, a prelude to a unique taste experience, from Marseille to Mont Genèvre.
