Spend half a day in the shoes of a chef with Christophe Pulizzi, on Wednesdays or Saturdays.
On the programme:
- Arrive at 8.00 am at the Sévan Parc Hotel for a welcome coffee
- Departure at 8.30 a.m. with the chef, heading for the farmers’ market to choose the day’s produce
- Return to the Olivier restaurant and set up service
- 12:30: You’re off duty, and it’s time to have lunch at the chef’s table, in the heart of the kitchen, around the gourmet menu.
