On Thursday 22 January 2026, the L’Olivier restaurant will be hosting an exceptional gastronomic evening to mark the Un Vigneron à Contre-Courant event, in collaboration with Château de Vignelaure.
For this unique evening, Chef Christophe Pulizzi has created an exclusive gastronomic menu, conceived as a dialogue between his cuisine and the long history of wine.
Gastronomic dinner and wine pairing
The menu will be accompanied by 8 exceptional wines, carefully selected from within the estate, with ready-to-drink vintages, including rare grands formats (2006 and 1981).
Each pairing has been designed to reveal the depth of the wines and the precision of the dishes, for a complete sensory experience.
An encounter between terroir, emotion and know-how, aimed at lovers of fine wines and gastronomy.
