    Immersions in the kitchens of the Olivier

    Spend half a day in the shoes of a chef with Christophe Pulizzi, on the Wednesday or Saturday of your choice.

    On the programme:

    • Arrive at 8.00am at the Sévan Parc Hotel for a welcome coffee
    • Departure at 8.30 a.m. with the chef, heading for the farmers’ market to choose the day’s produce
    • Return to the Olivier restaurant and set up service
    • 12:30: You’re off duty, and it’s time to have lunch at the chef’s table, in the heart of the kitchen, around the gourmet menu.
