On Friday 31 July, we’re opening our poolside terrace for a special evening: a gourmet dinner created by Chef Christophe Pulizzi, accompanied by a live jazz concert featuring the Pertuis Big Band. Eighteen musicians, a singer, a table set beneath the summer sky, and the joy of being together.

For this gourmet dinner, Chef Christophe Pulizzi has created an exceptional menu centred on what he does best: vibrant, precise, locally sourced cuisine, drawing on produce from our local growers and the full bounty of the July harvest.
A Maître Restaurateur and member of the Collège Culinaire de France, Christophe Pulizzi embodies a style of gastronomy that is both traditional and daring.
That evening, dinner will be served by the pool, in a simple yet refined setting that captures the spirit of L’Olivier: elegance without ostentation, pleasure without pretence.
Jazz and fine dining: L’Olivier opens the Festival
This evening marks the opening of the Pertuis Jazz Festival. We are proud to host this launch at our restaurant, because we have long believed that a restaurant can be much more than just a place to eat — it is a place for life, culture and socialising, where the arts come together around a beautifully laid table.
