Enjoy an open-air gastronomic experience by the pool, where Chef Christophe Pulizzi and his brigade bring the cuisine of L’Olivier to life with live culinary workshops throughout the evening: courgette flower tempura, creamy truffle risotto with parmesan cheese, barbecued foie gras, the brazier with its mature meats and seafood, mature cheese platter, frosted fruit….
